This has been taken off the Official Serious Moonlight Video. According to The Comcert Tapes by Pimm Jal de la Parra, there is an audience recording in circulation. This audience recording clearly has Bowie singing Ashes to Ashes in a low key and he only sang the falsetto on Ashes in Brussels. It has been overdubbed in the studio to enhance the sound. At the end of Young Americans, Bowie attempts to get the audience to sing 'break down and cry' but they didn't join in. Therefore the Simms brothers vocals have been added in the studio.
Nevertheless, this is a superb recoring and not one to miss.
