Easy to identify this show as Bowie thanks The Tubes 'I'd like to mention the support band for the last few days'. Bowie says, 'And having such lovely tits. I'd like to introduce my band to you, who have no tits but big talents'. Bowie calls Young Americans a folk song from the seventies. TVC 15 is very energetic if not elongated.
Pimm Jal de la Parra mentions on his tape source, someone says during "Heroes", 'Is that a video recoder, how did you get that in?'. I cannot hear that but Bowie clealry talks about The Tubes' lovely tits, confirming this recording source.
